Job Description
The San Telmo Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations across six venues in Melbourne and beyond. You will partner with directors, drive recruitment, training, employee relations, and regulatory compliance in a quick-paced hospitality setting.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will own the HR function, shape people strategy, implement development programs, and manage payroll, OHS, and workforce planning with onsite leadership four days per week.
