SOUS CHEF/HEAD CHEF $90,000 to $100,000.00

BISTRO C is located on Hastings Street overlooking Laguna Bay and is a vibrant beach side venue. An iconic Noosa restaurant that has been in the same family for over 30 years, we are looking for a Sous Chef and a Chef De Partie to work alongside our current experienced kitchen brigade.

Working on Noosa's famous Main Beach enables you to spend your down time relaxing in the sun, walking in the National Park or surfing the world famous breaks.

Candidates must have

- 3 years experience in a similar high-volume establishment
- be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- creativity and knowledge of modern cooking techniques and trends
- assist the Head Chef with the management of the kitchen
- train and mentor junior staff
- be able to lead by example and control a very busy service
- create and implement recent menus and daily specials
- implement current health and safety regulations
- experience in high end functions
- be located in Australia and have a valid working visa
