Access Express is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven External Sales Representative to join our high-performing St Marys team.

The Prospect

- Proactively identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to grow your territory and market share.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, key stakeholders and industry contacts.
- Position yourself as a trusted solutions partner, promoting our equipment hire, sales and transport services.
- Get out in the field, visit customer sites, open doors and uncover opportunities before the competition.
- Prepare competitive quotes, provide expert advice and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service, equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

This is a full-time, field-based role operating Monday to Friday,



7am-5pm, from our St Marys branch.

- Proven success in external B2B sales, business development or territory management.
- A genuine hunter mentality with the confidence to prospect, negotiate and win new business.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
- Commercial awareness, initiative and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt and grow.
- A current driver's licence.
