NSW Health at Westmead Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2: Blood Transplant Post Transplant Coordinator. You will provide advanced clinical leadership and autonomous care coordination for blood transplant and cell therapy patients from Day 100 onwards, delivering long-term follow-up and education.

Join a specialist multidisciplinary service and drive evidence-based practice while contributing to service development and research initiatives.
