As Centralised Services Manager, you'll own the day to day of centralised service operations, client onboarding and offboarding like proper projects, from discovery through to go live and clean exits. You'll drive Cybershield rollouts client by client, keep DevOps priorities aligned to what actually removes pain for the team, and build a culture where your people want to show up and do great work. It's hands on, it's fast moving, and you'll be the person clients and your team turn to when things get complicated. You'll lead DevOps, Security and Proactive Support (NOC) team, reporting straight to the Head of Services.

Manage client onboarding and offboarding as proper projects

About you

Solid leadership and people management skills

Project management experience, or solid technical chops in service delivery, security or DevOps

Can lead and think clearly under pressure
