Hilton on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Health & Hygiene Coordinator to join our luxury, 5-star kitchen team. You will help ensure compliance, cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel's kitchens while maintaining supply levels and equipment.

This role requires hands-on experience with commercial kitchen gear, safe handling of industrial cleaners, and the ability to multitask in a agile hospitality environment.
