Casual Certificate III Early Childhood Educator

Montessori Minds Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate, caring and reliable Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership.
- Follow centre policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Actively promote children's safety, wellbeing and rights.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check.
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability for casual shifts.
