MSS Security is looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple high-profile client sites in the Huntingwood region. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of approximately 80 security personnel, with responsibility for operational performance, client relationships and service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing n

n
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 80 security officers
n
- Oversee security operations across multiple sites
n
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholders
n
- Monitor performance, standards and service delivery
n
- Respond to incidents and operational issues
n
- Conduct site visits, audits and inspections
n
- Assess site risks and address security gaps
n
- Coach, support and develop security personnel
n
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and client requirements
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- Previous experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor or similar with proven leadership and people management experience
n
- Strong communication and client management skills
n
- Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures
n




- Must be an Australia Citizen
n
- Current Australian security licence
n
- Current Australian driver’s licence
n
- Security clearance desirable, but not essential (must be able to obtain)
n
