Laurent Bakery Group is seeking Production Line Operators for Day & Night 12-hour shifts in our Victoria facilities. You will operate and monitor production and packaging equipment, ensure product quality, and support line changeovers in a fast-paced bakery workplace.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with production machinery, GMP/HACCP understanding, and are able to work a 12-hour rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. Forklift licence is highly regarded.
