Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a field-based Parks Maintenance team delivering scheduled and reactive horticultural works across the Fraser Coast region. This hands-on leadership role coordinates daily operations, supports a positive team culture and ensures protected, efficient delivery of services.

You will manage staff, allocate work, provide technical guidance, ensure WHS compliance and maintain records in Council systems.
