Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a distributor of Construction and Materials Handling Equipment with an extensive product range that includes Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders and Excavators, Develon Excavators, Wheel loaders and portable power equipment, Omega Heavy Lift Trucks and Clark Forklifts.

The chance: n

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our Newcastle team. Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and parts interpretation support to our extensive customer base.

The role involves: n

n
- Receiving and processing phone enquiries and orders.
n
- Managing internet enquiries and orders in a timely manner.
n
- Customer service, both external and internal parts sales and quotations.
n
- Interpreting and processing technical parts enquiries.
n
- Managing inventory database.
n
- General stores duties when required.
n
