You will own the end‑to‑end NPI plan and readiness schedule, align engineering releases, supply chain, and production against a single build date, and decide when a product is ready to enter the factory.

In a quick‑paced, resource‑limited environment you will standardise processes, run cross‑functional planning forums, and escalate issues with evidence.
