THE ROLE
This is a traditional BDM role.
You'll have the freedom to engage prospects by phone, online, networking, face-to-face and out in the market.
Find opportunities. Build relationships. Sell solutions. Close deals. Hit targets. Make money.
You’ll be responsible for:
Generating current business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and your own initiatives
Engaging business owners, directors, and HR professionals
Building strong client relationships
Understanding client needs and presenting solutions
Managing your pipeline and achieving sales targets
Closing deals and earning UNCAPPED incentives

ABOUT YOU
5+ years' skilled sales experience
Consistent history of hitting or exceeding targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident dealing with senior decision-makers
Consultative sales approach + proven ability to close
Experience in skilled services, legal, HR, recruitment, insurance, financial services or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
