8+ years as a Product Owner or Customer Journey Expert

- n

5+ years project experience in Business Intelligence/Data warehousing or related function, with at least two years of this time within the Financial Services/Banking sector

n
- n

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and documentation meaningful to both business stakeholders and developers

n
- n

Experience in a client facing role

n
- n

Conduct workshops with business, technical and project teams

n
- n

Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of systems, data flows and elements stored across data stores

n
- n

Provide insights and analysis that are well presented and meaningful to the business to engage with stakeholders at all levels of management

n
- n

Excellent communication, process, documentation and writing skills with a keen understanding of data quality and information management principles.

n
- n

Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively in a diverse team-based setting and drive the implementation

n
- n

Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
