We are currently recruiting Part-Time Guest Service Agents at ibis & Pullman Brisbane Airport!

About the Role n

As a Part-Time Front Office Guest Service Agent , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping create a smooth and memorable experience from arrival through to departure. Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver friendly, efficient, and skilled service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
n
- Adhere to strict security procedures to protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
n
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure guest and group booking requirements are met.
n
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
n
- Manage guest and hotel accounts accurately,



ensuring all charges are correctly processed and posted in a timely manner.
n

About You nn
- Strong customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette.
n
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
n
- Experience with Opera Cloud and Third-Party Agents is advantageous.
n
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
n
- High standards of personal presentation and grooming.
n
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
n
- Previous Guest Service Agent experience is not required; candidates new to the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
n
