The Chance

As SPS Facilities continues to grow and expand across South East Queensland, we are seeking motivated professionals interested in joining our Operations Team as an Area Manager across South Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. We are looking to build our leadership capacity by connecting with talented individuals who are passionate about people, operational excellence, and the commercial cleaning industry.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong commercial cleaning experience and a proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee cleaning services across multiple commercial sites.
- Lead, mentor, and support teams to deliver high-quality and consistent results.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, and workforce planning.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor budgets, service delivery, and operational performance.




- Utilise workforce management systems for reporting, scheduling, and timekeeping.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

- Proven experience within the commercial cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- High-level organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- The ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities across various sites.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
