You will lead enterprise-grade monitoring, logging, and AIOps initiatives across a modernising digital workplace, driving future-state strategies and governance to improve service resilience.

You will design dashboards, improve alerting, and partner with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver fit-for-purpose operational models and proactive incident response.
