The role and you:
- Performing all food handling duties in accordance withFoodsafe Hygiene Regulations;
- Cleaning duties as per the kitchen cleaning schedules anddocumenting when duties are completed;
- Communication with residents and staff to ensure that mealsand snacks provided meet quality and choice expectations;
- Assisting residents with choices from the menu aspublished;
- Contribute to a safe working setting by identifying orreporting all incidents, accidents and hazards;
- Contribute to maintaining a home-like environment forresidents.
