CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator (Hard Services) in Sydney CBD to support operation, maintenance and compliance of corporate office building systems. You will coordinate M&E;, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety and building fabric, while managing contractors and handling PP M schedules.
You will act as in office lead for hard services, oversee RAMS, attest to safety and statutory compliance, log work orders in CAFM/CMMS, and contribute to cost reporting and budget controls.
