Newcastle Anglican is seeking an Investigations Officer to join the People & Culture team. You will support complex and sensitive P&C; case management, conduct workplace investigations and work with the Complex Case Specialist to ensure fair processes.
This is a 6-month contract with the view to extend. You will build robust relationships, plan investigations, interview witnesses and help manage risks across the organisation.
