Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Culinary team. You will support preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes across multiple outlets, ensuring quality and consistency while maintaining a clean, organised workstation.

You’ll learn from experienced chefs, rotate across Atelier, Club Millésime, Le Rivage, Breakfast, In-Room Dining, Esprit Noir and Champagne Bar, and develop your skills in a luxury hotel kitchen.
