Position: Warehouse Manager - Chilled, WA & NZ

Contract: Full Time - 8 month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our outsourced warehousing network across Australia and New Zealand. About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you'll be responsible for managing the performance of our third-party warehouse providers across:

- Chilled Distribution Centres in Melbourne and Sydney
- Ambient warehouse operations in Western Australia
- New Zealand warehouse network

As the key owner of our warehouse partnerships, you'll ensure our 3PL providers consistently deliver exceptional service, inventory accuracy, compliance standards and customer outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring solid commercial acumen, operational leadership and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.





What You'll Be Doing

Driving 3PL Performance

- Manage day-to-day relationships with warehouse partners
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are achieved
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities

Inventory & Operational Excellence

- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock integrity
- Manage stock-related risks including shrinkage and obsolescence
- Optimise warehouse efficiency, space utilisation and fulfilment processes
- Lead initiatives that improve service, cost and operational performance
- Partner with providers to identify and implement best-practice solutions
- Drive a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Maintain warehousing compliance standards across all sites
- Support quality assurance protocols and product integrity
- Ensure adherence to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety requirements

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain teams
- Provide meaningful reporting and insights to support business decisions

You’ll Bring

- Experience managing outsourced warehouse or 3PL operations
- Background within FMCG, food, beverage or consumer goods industries
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles
- Experience monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance improvements
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One experience advantageous)
- Excellent reporting and data analysis skills

Ideally, You'll Have

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years' experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Exposure to temperature-controlled or chilled supply chains
- Understanding of transport and Chain of Responsibility legislation
