Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a hybrid role spanning Residential Aged Care and Community services in Adelaide North. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care to older adults to maintain mobility and independence, supported by a network of allied health peers.
The role is part time (4 days a week) with openness to full-time, servicing RAC facilities and private homes in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs.
