Are you a strategic finance leader looking to play a key role in one of AGL's most significant transformation programs? As the Senior Finance Manager - Retail Transformation, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, integrated planning and financial leadership that supports the successful delivery of Customer Markets transformation outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to shape strategic decision-making by stewarding the Retail Transformation business case, tracking program costs and benefits, and providing the financial narrative that underpins Board, Executive and governance discussions.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring investment decisions are backed by robust analysis, clear financial reporting and strong commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Lead the financial governance, commercial partnering, planning and forecasting activities that underpin Retail Transformation delivery, ensuring strong cost control, funding stewardship and appropriate accounting governance.
- Own and steward the Retail Transformation business case, tracking program costs, benefits, key assumptions and value realisation.
- Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations to support investment, funding, scope, sequencing and prioritisation decisions.
- Shape the financial narrative and reporting for Board, Executive, Investment and program governance forums, clearly communicating performance, risks, opportunities and decisions required.
- Where priorities and capacity allow, provide senior commercial finance support to other Customer Markets transformation initiatives and business cases.

Who We're Looking For

Extensive experience in commercial finance and/or transformation-focused roles, driving commercial outcomes in complex environments.

Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders,

with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Robust experience supporting major transformation programs, including business cases, investment governance, benefits tracking and Executive/Board reporting.

Demonstrated ability to balance commercial partnering, financial discipline, cost governance and value realisation.

Experienced people leader with a track record of developing talent, leading cross-functional teams and driving organisational change.

CA/CPA qualified with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and deadlines.

Why Join Us?

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping AGL's future. You'll work at the center of a high-profile transformation program, partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions, unlock value and drive meaningful business outcomes. At AGL, you'll gain exposure to Executive and Board-level stakeholders, lead complex commercial challenges, and help deliver initiatives that support our energy transition.
