Location: Hastings and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £40,660 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role

Our client is looking for experienced Multi Traders to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Hastings and the surrounding areas.

Duties

- Carry out general property repairs and maintenance

- Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery

- Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations

- Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs

- Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs

- Work independently and as part of a team

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements

- Experience working across multiple maintenance trades

- Competent in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building repairs





- Experience working in tenanted properties

- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in a relevant trade, or equivalent experience

- Full UK driving licence

- DBS check or willingness to undertake one

- Eligible to work in the UK

- Valuable customer service skills
