Olympus Dining is looking for a Chef de Partie to support leadership of our Prep Kitchen operation. Working closely with our Head Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, organisation and consistency that drive every service.
Lead daily prep operations, manage production, control stock, complete stocktakes, and mentor junior kitchen team members while upholding food safety and high standards.
