Deal Processor / Accounts Clerk – Automotive

Lansvale Motor Group is seeking an experienced Deal Processor / Accounts Clerk to join our busy administration and accounts team.

Representing MG, LDV and GWM, we are looking for someone with strong dealership experience, attention to detail and a good understanding of deal costing and automotive accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Cost and finalise new and used vehicle deals
- Check deal documentation for accuracy
- Process vehicle sales transactions
- Reconcile deal and general ledger accounts
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Process journals and account adjustments
- Assist with creditor, debtor and month-end functions
- Maintain accurate dealership records

About You

- Previous automotive Deal Processor experience




- Accounts or dealership administration experience
- Solid reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy, high volume environment
- Must have Pentana experience
