Job Description

West Moreton Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Older Persons Community Mental Health Service. This advanced practice RN provides clinical expertise and guides practice to support recovery pathways within the service.

Two permanent part time positions are available—64 hours per fortnight and 40 hours per fortnight—delivering patient-centred care across Ipswich region with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based practice.
