Accelerate Off-Grid Touring is looking for an organised, motivated and hands‑on Administration & E-Commerce Fulfilment Officer to join our growing online retail team.

This is a newly created position as our e-commerce business continues to expand, supplying our Australian‑designed 4WD and touring products to customers across the country.

We're looking for someone who enjoys a mix of computer‑based administration, customer service and hands‑on order fulfilment. Someone who takes pride in getting the details right, keeping orders moving and making sure our customers have a great experience from checkout to delivery.

Full-time preferred | Part-time considered | Maroochydore based

About the Role

You'll play an significant role in the day‑to‑day operations of our e‑commerce business, helping manage online orders from the moment they're placed through to dispatch and delivery.

This isn't a role where you'll be sitting at a desk all day! You'll be working across our administration and fulfilment areas, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, packed correctly and dispatched on time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

E-Commerce Order Processing & Fulfilment

- Processing and managing orders received through our online store
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Booking freight, generating shipping labels and preparing dispatch documentation
- Ensuring orders are accurately packed and dispatched on time




- Monitoring outstanding orders and following up to keep fulfilment moving
- Maintaining packing supplies and keeping the dispatch area organised

Administration & Customer Support

- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Assisting customers with order updates, tracking information and delivery enquiries
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate order records
- Liaising with freight providers to resolve shipping and delivery issues
- Providing friendly, professional post‑purchase customer support
- Assisting with scheduling, bookings and general e‑commerce administration

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys being busy, is naturally organised and takes pride in doing things properly.

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Are confident using computers and learning new online systems
- Enjoy a combination of administration and hands‑on work
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers
- Are proactive, reliable and happy to take ownership of your work
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Are physically capable of safely picking, packing and handling products of varying sizes and weights

Experience we'd love to see:





- E‑commerce or online retail operations
- Order processing, dispatch or warehouse fulfilment
- Administration or customer service
- Shopify, Zoho or similar online business systems
- Freight booking and shipping platforms

You don't need experience in every area. We're happy to provide training to someone with the right attitude, strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.

An interest in 4WDing, camping or automotive accessories is a bonus, but definitely not essential!
