Round Square Marketing is a strategy-led, full-service agency in Toowoomba, 13 years in, growing fast, and recently named Creative Industries category winner at the 2026 Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. As our client base grows and the work diversifies, we’re adding a dedicated content specialist to help our clients show up consistently, creatively and with purpose.

The role

This is a focused content and social role for someone who loves the craft and likes to ship. You’ll create scroll-stopping content and run engaging social across a diverse, growing portfolio of clients, working alongside our Account Managers to bring campaigns and brands to life. Real ownership of your area, not a bit of everything, so you can do your best work and keep getting sharper.

What you’ll do

- Plan, create and schedule social content across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
- Capture and edit photo and video content, in-studio and on location with clients
- Write clear, on-brand copy for social, EDMs and campaigns
- Build and manage content calendars that keep clients consistent and on-strategy




- Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh, commercially aware ideas to the team

About you

- Experience in content creation and social media management, agency or in-house
- A strong visual eye, with photo and video capture and editing skills
- A confident copywriter who can move between brand voices
- Comfortable across CapCut, Canva, the Adobe suite and social scheduling tools
- Organised and deadline-driven, you get content out the door and refine as you go
