V-DAQ is seeking a Renewals Specialist to own the micro customer segment (1–5 services). You will ensure renewals are prepped, invoices are accurate and paid, and blockers are resolved before renewal.
This role collaborates with finance and customer success, handles high volumes using CRM systems, and tracks renewal status to reduce churn. Based in Wollongong with up-to-date beachside offices and parking.
