The ideal candidate will have a customer first mentality with a strong passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience.



You will be part of a progressive business that values and supports internal career growth.

We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy sale‑driven environment, whilst having a laugh (and the occasional dance‑off!) with each customer that walks through our doors.

Your role:

- Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
- Sound Cash Handling and EFTPOS – learning and maintaining solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
- Maintaining high level of store standards, assisting with merchandising and presentation
- Working towards budgets, targets and KPI’s
- Assisting with stock control and quality management
- Following national legislation, WHS and security guidelines

You will also have:

- A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to work within a fast‑paced retail workplace
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality
- A desire to deliver high quality customer service
- Valid Police Check Report – required if successful in interview stage
