Job Description
The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal and Policy team in Melbourne. You will provide timely, high-quality legal advice on charity law, administrative law and privacy law in a quick-paced regulatory environment.

You will also assist staff with legal responsibilities, participate in potential litigation, and help develop trainings and guidance materials for internal and external stakeholders.
