Silk Laundry is looking for passionate, customer-focused Seasonal Casual Stylists to join our team at our new Harbour Town location for the busy Christmas trading period.

Founded on a philosophy of considered design, natural fibres and timeless style, Silk Laundry creates pieces to be worn, loved and lived in for years to come. We believe great retail is about more than just selling clothes, it’s about building genuine relationships, sharing stories and creating thoughtful, memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

As a Seasonal Casual Stylist, you’ll play an important role in bringing this experience to life. You’ll help customers discover pieces that feel right for them, share the story behind our brand and contribute to a welcoming, considered and elevated store environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering warm, personalised and memorable customer experiences.
- Building genuine relationships with customers and creating opportunities for ongoing client connections.
- Sharing your knowledge of our collections, fabrics, craftsmanship and approach to timeless dressing.
- Supporting styling appointments, outfit building and thoughtful product recommendations.
- Maintaining beautiful store presentation, visual merchandising and attention to detail.
- Supporting daily store operations, including stock replenishment, deliveries and point-of-sale transactions.




- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What we’re looking for

- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and considered design.
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within fashion or premium retail.
- A natural ability to connect with people and create meaningful customer relationships.
- Confidence in styling customers and sharing product knowledge in an engaging, authentic way.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful store environment.
- Flexibility and availability across the Christmas trading period, including weekends, evenings and peak trading days.
- A team player who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive environment.
