Are you an experienced educator ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Advanced Educator to join our growing Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team in Liverpool .

About the Role n

As an Advanced Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the service while providing engaging, child-focused experiences that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and development.

n

You will work collaboratively with the leadership team to create a protected, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can thrive before school, after school, and during vacation care programs.

What You'll Be Doing n

n
- Leading and facilitating engaging educational and recreational experiences
n
- Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and colleagues
n
- Supporting and mentoring educators within the team
n
- Encouraging children's voice, choice, and independence
n
- Assisting with program planning and documentation
n
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
n
- Promoting active play, creativity, STEM activities, sports, arts, and wellbeing initiatives
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Previous experience working in OSHC, childcare, education,



or a similar setting
n
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
n
- A genuine passion for supporting children and their development
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
n
- Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
n
- Versatile availability across before and after school care shifts
n

Essential Requirements nn
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
n
- Completion of Mandatory Child Protection Training
n
- Relevant qualification in Education, Children's Services, Community Services, or currently studying towards one
n
- Full Australian working rights
