ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Fire Protection Engineer, you will lead the design and development of fire protection systems, overseeing coordination across all project stages from concept through to construction. You will provide expert technical advice, review the work of others and manage relationships with clients, architects, builders and other disciplines to deliver projects on time and within budget.

DUTIES.

- Prepare detailed design of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, smoke detection and alarms
- Client briefing,



budgeting, and reporting
- Utilise Bluebeam for creating markups, concept designs, and sketches
- Ensure design coordination to meet objectives, budget, and deadlines

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

- 5+ years’ local experience in fire protection design within a building services consultancy
- Strong working knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam, with strong communication and leadership skills
