SMEC Australia seeks a Civil Engineering graduate to join the two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP). You will contribute to design, analysis and documentation on major infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one.
You will be mentored by senior engineers, participate in structured training and site visits, and develop consulting and collaboration skills across teams within the SJ Group. On completion, you progress toward qualified titles and broader opportunities.
