Job Description
Pacific National in Sydney is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the Coal Planning team, influence operational performance and ensure safe, reliable service for our customers across NSW and Queensland.

You will coordinate around 300 train trips weekly, coach five Service Delivery Superintendents and build robust partnerships with Planning, Operations, Commercial, Customer and Maintenance teams to deliver against customer contracts.
