- Building strong relationships with current and prospective families
- Supporting parent communication and liaison
- Coordinating centre administration and maintaining accurate records
- Developing marketing initiatives to promote the centre
- Building relationships with local schools, businesses and community groups
- Attending and supporting local community events and promotional activities
- Identifying new opportunities to build awareness and grow enrolments
- Supporting the Centre Manager with the day-to-day operation of the service

About you

Assistant Centre Manager or emerging leader who enjoys the people and business side of early childhood.

You'll be someone who:

- Has experience within early childhood education and care
- Is warm, confident and comfortable engaging with families
- Is organised and capable of managing administrative responsibilities
- Enjoys conducting tours and supporting enrolments
- Is confident getting out from behind the desk and into the community
- Enjoys networking, building relationships and promoting a service

- Takes initiative and enjoys making things happen
- Works collaboratively as part of a centre leadership team

Why join Shooting Stars?
