- Delivering a friendly and professional customer experience
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workstation
- Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work
- Building strong relationships with regular customers
- Supporting your fellow team members
- Following Barber Street's systems, standards and procedures
- Contributing positively to the culture and atmosphere of the shop

- Is friendly, approachable and comfortable talking with customers
