Premier Education is a fast-growing Melbourne tutoring business with campuses in Box Hill and Williams Landing. Every one of our tutors achieved a 99+ ATAR, and families choose us for results in VCE, selective entry and Years 7–10. Demand is growing quick, and we're looking for motivated, confident communicators to help new families start their journey with us.

The role

n

Minimum 3 evenings per week, approx. 2 hours per evening (typically 5-7pm, when families are most reachable). Flexible timing, with more hours available as demand grows.

n

Contact families who have enquired about tutoring, understand their child's needs, and guide them through to trial lessons and enrolment.

n

Manage leads, follow-ups and notes in our CRM.

n

Saturday and/or Sunday, 10:45am-8:40pm, at Box Hill or Williams Landing.

n

Welcome students and parents, handle walk-in and phone enquiries, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

About you

n

Confident, warm and persuasive on the phone

n

Self-motivated – you own your results without needing supervision

n

Persistent and organised with follow-ups – reaching families is half the job

n

A quiet, private space to take calls at home, and reliable internet

n

A valid Working with Children Check (Employee) before your start date

n

Full working rights in Australia

n

Highly regarded:

n

Experience in sales, phone-based sales, enrolments/admissions or reception

n

Customer-facing experience, especially in education, health or professional services
