The Role
- Horticultural maintenance
- Softscaping
- Lawn care
- Landscape maintenance machinery operation
- Irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance (advantageous)
- Plant selection and planting skills
- Integrated weed and pest management skills
- Implementing and following long-term maintenance strategies
- Understanding and following job site safety protocols

Requirements
- Passionate about the industry and the work
- A minimum 2 years of industry experience in a similiar role
- Certificate III in Horticulture or higheradvantageous
- Soundknowledge of pests and diseases
- Sound plant identification skills
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors;
- Current driver's license;
- Team Leader experienceis advantageous;
- Can workautonomously or in a team environment
- Can deliver strong, process-driven results in a timely manner
- Possess excellentcustomer service and interpersonal skills
This position requires someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, has a strong work ethic and has a positive can-do attitude.
