About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Technical Sales / Support Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, assist customers with system design and product selection, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers and play an important role in building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related technical issues.
- Provide explicit and effective guidance to customers to resolve system concerns.
- Record customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Maintain and expand technical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Assist customers with product selection, system design, and solution recommendations.




- Support both technical and sales functions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years' experience within the Electronic Security, Access Control, or CCTV industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good understanding of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
- Experience with electronic security products and system design would be highly regarded.
