Commercial Paralegal - North Lakes, Queensland

Full-Time Position | No Timesheets | Flexible and Friendly Workplace

About the role

You will support the firm's commercial practice across a varied range of matters, with a particular focus on commercial property transactions and leasing.

Key responsibilities

Assisting with commercial property purchases, sales and related transactions.

Preparing and reviewing commercial leases, lease renewals and associated documentation.

Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other stakeholders.

Managing files, correspondence, critical dates and settlement requirements.

Conducting property searches and preparing legal documentation.

Supporting the team across other commercial legal matters as required.

About You

You may already be an experienced Commercial Paralegal, or you may be looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your legal career. Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a legal practice.

Experience in commercial property transactions and commercial leasing.

Solid drafting, administration and file-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.





Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

The confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
