Pet Circle is seeking a Venture Lead in Sydney to shape the future of our AI-driven ventures across pet care products and services. You will identify opportunities, build business cases with real customer evidence, and take ventures from concept to market with speed and rigor.

You'll work across marketing, data, technology, CX, supply chain and veterinary teams, owning P&L; when needed and prioritising customer impact over process. AI experience is valued.
