We are particularly interested in candidates with previous real estate sales experience and a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will play an important role in supporting residential property sales activities, building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a busy sales business.

You will gain hands-on exposure to property campaigns, buyer engagement, prospecting, marketing, negotiations and the sales process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to build a successful long-term career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Support residential property sales campaigns from listing preparation through to settlement.
- Manage buyer enquiries, conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular client communication.
- Attend and assist with open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities through prospecting, database management and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records,



client information and buyer feedback.
- Assist with property marketing campaigns, advertising materials and listing preparation.
- Coordinate appointments, sales documentation and contract administration.
- Support the Lead Sales Agent with negotiations, buyer feedback and sales-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

- Previous experience in residential real estate sales, sales associate or sales support roles.
- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence (highly preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in prospecting, buyer follow-ups and client engagement.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Experience using real estate CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy sales environment.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to attend Saturday open homes and property inspections as required.
