About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Foreman or Supervisor to lead works, support technicians and drive operational excellence across the business. Both project or service and maintenance experience is encouraged to apply.

This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day delivery, coordinate teams, maintain quality and safety standards,



and ensure works are completed efficiently and professionally.

You’ll work closely with management and delivery teams across a variety of industrial environments, helping deliver high quality outcomes while mentoring and developing the next generation of tradespeople.

This role suits someone who enjoys leadership, problem solving, accountability and being part of a business focused on long-term growth and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead works from start to finish
- Coordinate tradespeople, apprentices, plant operators and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Conduct QA checks and provide technical guidance
- Monitor works productivity, budgets and performance
- Coordinate workflows, scheduling and priorities
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Mentor junior technicians
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, productivity and team performance

What We’re Looking For

Essential

- QBCC Occupational Plumbing Licence
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience
- Robust understanding of AS/NZS 3500 standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Current manual driver’s licence
- White Card

Desirable

- Experience using simPRO, SiteDocs and Bluebeam
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong customer service and team-focused mindset
