Looking for a role where you can put your Dental Assisting and administration skills to work in a friendly, supportive team? Join 1300SMILES Gatton in a varied, full-time position where you’ll play an important role in both patient care and the smooth running of the practice.

n

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and confident switching between chairside assisting and front desk responsibilities.

n

This is a varied position combining Dental Assisting and reception duties, including:

n

- Assisting dentists during procedures and providing excellent chairside support.
n
- Welcoming patients and ensuring they have a positive experience.
n
- Managing appointments, patient enquiries and phone calls.
n
- Handling general administrative duties, patient records and data entry.
n
- Supporting payment processing and daily reception tasks.
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented clinical environment.
n
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep the practice running smoothly.
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in both Dental Assisting and administration/reception.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine passion for patient care.

- The ability to multitask and work well in a busy environment.

- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
