The Company is seeking a Head of Digital Clinic to lead the commercial and strategic development of its digital health platform. This role is pivotal in unlocking the platform's commercial potential and requires a leader with a strong digital background, operational capability, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinic's commercial performance, including revenue growth, and will be tasked with developing and delivering a commercial strategy that focuses on sustainable growth, operational efficiencies, and an improved patient experience. Key responsibilities also include establishing performance metrics, reviewing the technology platform, driving patient acquisition and retention strategies, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and external partners.Candidates for the Head of Digital Clinic position should have a proven track record in commercial leadership within digital health, healthcare technology,



or other highly regulated consumer-facing businesses. Strong digital business acumen, experience in customer acquisition and retention, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments are essential. The role demands a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, commercial curiosity, and a hands‑on approach to driving business growth. While experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is advantageous, the company is open to individuals with strong commercial and digital expertise from adjacent industries.
