We are seeking experienced Facility Supervisors tojoin our teams in Mildura VIC 3500, Fisherman’s Reach NSW 2441, Atherton QLD4883, Childers QLD 4660 and Walkamin QLD 4872.

These positions oversee citrus grading, packing, qualityassurance and dispatch operations. These full time roles play a critical partin our citrus operations, ensuring that produce meets customer requirementswhile maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.

Job Description

Position: Facility Supervisor

Locations: Mildura VIC 3500, Fisherman’s Reach NSW 2441, Atherton QLD 4883, Childers QLD 4660 and Walkamin QLD 4872

Salary range: $74,000–$85,000 p.a. plus super

Employment type: Full-time, permanent position

As a Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible forensuring the correct handling, grading, packing and dispatch of citrus. Youwill oversee product quality, implement quality assurance procedures, managepersonnel training and liaise with key departments to maintain efficiency andcompliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseethe grading, packing and dispatch of produce to meet customer specifications.
- Assessincoming produce for quality and allocate grading resources accordingly.
- Monitorproduct quality throughout production, including washing and first, second andfinal grading.
- Identifyand rectify mechanical damage or grading inconsistencies to maintain qualitystandards.
- Collaboratewith the Harvest Supervisor, Maintenance Manager and Dispatch Manager to ensureseamless facility operations.




- Ensureaccurate quality assurance record keeping for full product traceability.
- Managethe cool chain process to maintain optimal product condition from handling todispatch.
- Trainand oversee personnel to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Coordinatework schedules and manage workflow efficiency.
- Onboardnew staff to the pack shed and explain workflows and roles.
- Createpacking rosters based on daily volumes and balance shifts accordingly.
- Ensurewaste handling is conducted in accordance with established protocols.
- Verifythat all dispatches meet standard procedures and customer requirements.

About You

Skills and Experience

- CertificateIII or Certificate IV in a relevant field, or a minimum of three years’supervisory experience in a pack shed.
- Provenability to lead teams and ensure compliance with quality control measures.
- Experiencehandling perishable products, with a strong focus on cool chain management.
- Strongplanning, organisational and leadership skills.
- Abilityto monitor and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Afocus on achieving high-quality results and minimising rejections.
- Self-motivationand the ability to take initiative.
- Abilityto motivate and support team members to work efficiently.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
